Registration

Before beginning registration, please note the following:

USA Ultimate (USAU) membership: 

• Center Grove Ultimate Club (CGUC) is an affiliate of USA Ultimate.  You will be required to provide your USAU account ID number as a part of registration.

• If you already have a USAU account, click on the USA Ultimate logo to login and obtain your USAU account ID number.  *Do not create a new USAU account.*

• If you do not have a USAU account, then click on the USA Ultimate logo to join.  You can create a free account.  Do not pay for membership, as this will be covered by CGUC.  Click here for the "Create a USAU Account Step-by Guide".

• After you have logged in, be sure to complete the USA Ultimate Release of Liability Waiver!
