Middle School Registration

Practices August 14 - October 3

Fridays 4:30 - 6:00 pm

Location: Center Grove Middle School North

No practices on 9/4 due to Labor Day weekend

No practices 10/9 or 16 due to Fall break

Make-up or Bonus day 10/23

End of season celebration Saturday, October 24 (Costume game!)

Registration includes: disc, USAU insurance, and coaches fees

Registration Costs: $75

Optional Reversible Jersey Can Be Purchased Through Breakmark Store.  Jerseys will match High School Reversible Jerseys.
