End of season celebration Saturday, October 25 (Costume game!)

Optional Reversible Jersey Can Be Purchased Through Breakmark Store. Jerseys will match High School Reversible Jerseys.

Physicals must be received for each player before they will be allowed to practice/participate in Fall season.
Physicals must be dated on or after April 1, 2025.
While Ultimate is not an IHSAA sport, we do encourage the use of the IHSAA physical form.
Center Grove Ultimate Club does not have access to physicals that are sent to the Center Grove High School Athletic Office. If a player has already submitted a physical form to the CGHS athletic office, parents can request a copy be emailed to them from the athletic office secretary and then forward that to CGUC. Physicals should be emailed to physicals@cguc.org.
Emailed photos of the physical forms are permitted, as long as all of the information on the physical form is readable.
